Summary: Everything was very clean, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shower handle loose, no big deal...I told the front desk and they wanted to come up immediate to fix it, I asked that they wait 39 minutes and we're waiting down the hall in 20. They couldn't have been more helpful and concerned.
