Summary: We stayed for a few days with our child. They enjoyed the pool (we did not, it was very cold!) but we did enjoy the hot tub! Sergio was amazing! They are a kind and thoughtful person, who gave us respectful attention and made us feel safe. Kudos and a raise to them!

Summary: My makeup bag fell out of my duffel bag as once I checked in and I noticed the next Day and asked the front desk to see if anyone brought it to the front desk or found it and no one even checked the cameras and never heard back from the maintenance manager. I was disappointed not more could be done, although it accidentally fell out of my possession.

Summary: Quick trip for family event. Requested the room be away from ice machine and elevator. My room was directly beside the elevator. I was surprised, since acknowledgement of special request was noted. Also, I book two rooms and they were on 5th and 2nd floor. One would expect they would be same floor, close proximity.

Summary: The king studio was the perfect room for the three of us that were traveling together. After spending multiple days in a poor hotel, we came to Hartford and spent one night at the HYATT House. We were all incredibly pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat everything was after our previous experience at a different hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, there was a kitchen in the studio with a fridge, stove, and microwave, and a large TV that swiveled between the sitting area and the bed. The A/C worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to stay at this specific HYATT House location again, and I will certainly be considering the chain for more stays in the future.

Summary: Great staff throughout, and decent breakfast choices for free breakfast. Everything was clean, but if you are concerned about water pressure in the shower, this was the worst I've experienced. I know this can be nit-picky, but I'm just honest.
