Summary: Our room was never cleaned. Had to go to the desk for clean towels. Even after going to the desk no one came to clean it. Guest in the hall were loud until 1am. AC broken in the lobby to hot to take eat the breakfast. Very disappointing. Checked out a day early.

Summary: The air conditioning in the lobby and corridors wasn’t working, and the internet was down, so I couldn’t work, and the tv didn’t work either. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Summary: Location for cruising was very good. It was a very old hotel. It did seem safe and was clean. Included breakfast was good. Beds were fine, pillows were laughable (we asked for extras because they were so small and thin— they said they didn’t have any). Showers were terrible— no water pressure at all, and only lukewarm water.
