Summary: I booked a hotel to take my kids swimming. I have family in the area so could have stayed with them for free but decided to book a hotel instead to allow my kids to swim in the hot summer day. I called before booking to make sure that they had a pool that was open and ready to swim safely. They assured me that they did so I proceeded to book. Once I got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door that leads to the pool that stated it was just treated and would be ready by 6 PM. The pool was green and not safe for swimming. We went back to the pool after 7 PM, the note was gone, but the pool was still green. The next morning after breakfast, I proceeded back to the pool area where I found the pool was not ready as it was still green. I checked again later in that evening, no change. On the day of check out after breakfast I checked one more time just to see if my children could swim an hour or so right before checkout. Still could not swim as it was green. Again, the only reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. My family had a place to stay for free as we have family in the area that we were visiting. The only reason I am not giving this hotel a one star is because the staff were very friendly.

Summary: Room was clean,very large, and comfortable Whole facility was very clean complementary breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from.we had a very good experience I would definitely recommend this hotel

Summary: Only issue was we couldn’t stay as long as we would have liked. Playing baseball - played late and then played early.

Summary: The staff was wonderful! My stay was good but i had minor complaints! I stayed on the 3rd floor... There was a trashcan in the middle of the floor collecting water... Part of the ceiling was uncovered with a big light shining thru... The room had an ordor but like any other hotel i brought my own cleaning and disinfectant supplies. The window seals and underneath was full of grout the bathroom and sink areas was black when i wiped everything with the lysol wipes... The headboard and the top of it was sooo black!

Summary: I had a room for Friday night and we ended up going Thursday. I called to get a room for Thursday and we would have to move to a room. I went online and they said that the room was canceled and my money would be refunded. Was still charged for the room. We went to Comfort Inn and had a good experience. We have grandchildren in the area and come down several times a year.

Summary: Very nice staff at check in which was quick. Strange noise in room so we ran the fan to try to block out noise. Sliding door on shower fell off the track on my husband. Dirty shower. Ran water in shower for 5 minutes to get hot water. TV sits catycorner to bed so get crick in your neck to watch TV.
