Summary: Once i walked in my room i noticed there were a lot of bugs along the ceiling, on the bed and in the window. I was moved to a room that was not as nice as the original room. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience

Summary: Person at check-in was friendly. Room we were first put in had not been finished cleaning by housekeeping and this was at 8:30pm. We were moved to another room and that room was missing the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that should be locked into the shower wall. Also the room was missing the hair dryer.
