Quaint cottage in Kodak on a quiet road where you can enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in front porch. The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cottage provides a King bed and a bunk bed for the kids. There is also a pull out couch if needed. We have Spectrum TV app and high speed WiFi.
The cottage is also close to the Seven Islands State Birding Park and the French Broad River. Also less than 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smoky Mountain area.

Summary: I had a 10 day stay at the cottage. The cottage is cozy with a very home like feeling. The screened in front porch was great for sitting with morning coffee or anytime. Andrew the host was easily contacted by email and was quick to respond to questions. I will definitely come back on future trips.

Summary: Liked the location, the solitude, was very quite. The was pretty clean. The dishes however had food residue in them. I do realize that is on the prior guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family and I made our third stay in this beautiful little cottage while on our vacation to the Smokies. We had a wonderful time. It was our last night and our daughter got really ill and had to go to the hospital. Our host(Andrew) was very understanding of the situation and offered comforting words and prayers. My family and I will definitely stay again in the future.
