Positive: The front desk staff was friendly and super nice.
Negative: The housekeeper came into our room while we were at breakfast and was cleaning the bathroom , all of our personal belongings were there my purse, wallet, jewelry, clothing my husband wallet etcโ€ฆ and when we came in and asked what she was doing she got snippy and defensive, there was a language barrier, she tried to keep cleaning around our personal items in the shower we had to get the other house keeper to get her out, it was a very strange and uncomfortable situation. We immediately called the front desk, they were very nice and apologetic, the housekeeping manager also came up who was also very apoplectic explaining the language barrier has her confused which rooms people have checked out ofโ€ฆI explained that our personal items should have been enough to make her question that??? Thankfully nothing was missing, or out of place but it was incredibly uncomfortable and a very disturbing situation!!! If the rest of the hotel staff was not outgoing and kind I would have left a terrible review to be honest! And in the future I would think twice about staying at a Hampton vs. other hotels in the area!

Positive: They finally had maple flavored beef sausage! Much better than the chicken sausage last time.. LOL
Negative: My neighbors. Bunch of kids running up and down the hallway and the stairs that was adjacent to my room. But that ain't no fault of the hotel just the parents.

Positive: We were stranded at the airport due to weather. They allowed us a late check in and sent a shuttle for us. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Negative: The employee in the breakfast room loudly expressing her pro trump political views while I was trying to eat.
