This brand new, beautiful home sits on 75 level feet on the west side of Owasco Lake. Wake up to stunning sunrises and beautiful lake views. The first floor boasts a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, and beautiful fully furnished kitchen. The beautifully appointed kitchen has soapstone counters and stainless steel appliances.The second floor has a queen bedroom, bathroom, living room, and 3 additional beds. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. There are large screen televisions in the living rooms, and smaller flatscreen televisions in the bedrooms. Cable and wi-fi are provided. 2 sets of sliding glass doors provide access to the stone patio and lake front. A gas grill and patio furniture are included for your use. You can access the lake from the dock, or wade in at the stone beach area.
During your stay, be sure to visit the numerous local wineries, golf courses, and the Merry-Go-Round Theater.

Summary: Pat is truly the most gracious owner. We enjoyed a weekend on the lake with three generations of family. The home worked seamlessly and the views were truly stunning, especially the sunrises and sunsets. Pat equipped the home with everything you need and more. Cannot say enough positive things about this VRBO.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The house was clean and easy to feel at home. The location is close to Auburn and Skaneatles so Uber rides were easy to get. The neighbors are close but we never felt our privacy was compromised. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: Beautiful property right on the lake-great for morning coffee as well as outdoor home-cooked dinners. The beds were very comfy, the new kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms were beautiful, and it was super clean and well cared for. Pat the owner/host was wonderful. He was very communicative and it's quite obvious the love and pride he has in owning this lovely home.

Summary: Amazing property! Patrick was so accommodating. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding but already looking for another time to rent this summer! And if you like to fish, this is the perfect spot!!!! 10/10

Summary: We really enjoyed the location and made use of the dock for our fishing guide to pick us up and drop us off on one of the days. We played some of the games and enjoyed the patio and the little “beach” access to swim (briefy-brrr!) in the lake in May! We would love to return and next time hope to stay even longer! Thanks Pat, we loved Sparbuck!

Summary: The house was very clean and Pat was very friendly! The view of the lake was beautiful, unfortunately we were there too early in the year to enjoy swimming in the lake. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice house to host a friends get together.
