Step into your new favorite place to call home in Gatlinburg, TN! This is a two-bedroom genuine Log Cabin located in a private setting in the desirable Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg, TN. The decor adds to the charm and elegance of the cabin. The cabin is constructed of hand-hewn logs and features hand-carved wood trim, both inside and out. The three-levels of this well decorated cabin include a long list of comforts and amenities.
Two king size bedroom suites and a sleeper sofa will comfort you after those long days of hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Each bedroom suite has a walk out deck on its level, closet, 2 dressers, Roku TVs and attached ensuite, so unpack those clothes and make yourself at home.
The Living Room on the main level is home to a Queen sized sofa sleeper, a loveseat recliner, and a 65 inch 4k Roku TV and DVD. Off of the living room is a sitting area/ office with desk. Grab your favorite book and enjoy your surroundings. We have a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi is provided if you need to bring your work along with you, or just surf the net to check out all of the attractions that are nearby.
The Living room boasts a gas fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly days and nights. Fireplace season is during cooler months typically October through March.
Also on the Main level, gou will find a fully appointed kitchen which includes all of the dishes, pots, and pans you could want. We even provide Instant Pot, griddle, blender, a crock-pot and spices! You should have no trouble cooking in if that's your preference.
Entertainment options abound. A game room which includes a custom log pool table, recliners and electric fireplace, and multicade with 60 classic video games, 4K Roku TV/DVD and stereo system will keep kids as well as adults happy. And after a full day of exploring the mountains, you will be excited to relax in our soothing hot tub.
Three levels of covered decks allow one to take in the tranquil setting of this cabin and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Enjoy nature in our serene back yard. Swing on the porch swing as you enjoy the peaceful surroundings! Looking out onto the back yard, you will find a picnic table and maybe even spot a bear! Magnificent seasonal views of the Great Smokies abound.
Bear Moon Cabin is located in the sought after Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg. It is located just 1.6 miles from town, and 1 mile to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge and amusement park. Take the bypass for a quick (and beautiful) 30 minute trip to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
There are three club houses which include outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, game room, tennis courts , and playground equipment all included in your rental. (Swimming pools open Memorial Day and stay open through Labor Day or as long as the weather allows.)

Summary: We had a great stay at Bear Moon Cabin! The cabin was immaculately clean, cozy and perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the mountain views and it was the perfect home base for exploring Great Smoky Mountain National Park as well as downtown Gatlinburg. Check in/check out was a breeze and excellent communication from the host!

Summary: Cabin was beautiful! Hot tub was great! Cabin was well decorated. They have a coal grill outside. Would loved to have had a propane grill on the deck. Mountains are steep we are from Florida so we had to adjust to the steep hills. I was so excited the cabin was still decorated for Christmas it was beautiful. We bought coffee k cups as they only had flavored ones. Bring lotion our skin got dry from the cold Great ice maker never ran out of ice. Game room was a lot of fun! We recommend staying here..Uber eats delivers here so that was a bonus.

Summary: We spent New years week at Bear Moon & I was not disappointed one bit! It’s very quaint and cozy. We had plenty of room for everyone. Even cooked New years lunch. Played games & the pool table was awesome, too! And contact with the host was on point!

Summary: This house is perfect for a group of 4 adults, or a family with kids. They had 3 cute decks with seating and the hot tub was perfect for the cool evening. We didnt spend as much time as we normally would in a cabin, because of the short stay, however had we been there longer it'd been perfect for just relaxing or letting kids enjoy the downstairs games.
