Welcome to Ober the Moon.
This newly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo measures in at over 1,050 sqft. Located just a quarter of a mile from the entrance of Ober Mountain, only 2.7 miles from the Gatlinburg strip and 3 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance. It offers comfortable amenities and sleeps up to 4 adults. This home has all new furnishings. From the amazingly comfy sofas to the custom bedroom sets, you won’t want to leave.
Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave oven, Crock pot, Toaster, Utensils, Dishes, Pots and Pans, and of course a Coffee maker. We also have a full-sized laundry Washer and Dryer for you to use.
The Dining room table offers seating for 4 guests. In the comfy Living room area, you will find conformable couches, ready for you and your family or friends to sit back and relax. You will find a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. For your entertainment needs, a 55” 4K smart television and 4K DVD player is ready for movie night. You will also find a cabinet that has several board games in it. You can also go outside on the private balcony, where you’ll find a table and seating for six. Great place to kick back with a beverage or have a wonderful family dinner. Sit back, relax, and listening to the birds, while bear watching and overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The kids love watching the Ober Gatlinburg trams climb and descend the mountain in the distance.
The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, 43” Smart HD TV and en suite full bathroom. The other beautiful bedroom offers a Queen bed and is equipped with 40” Smart HD TV. 2nd bedroom shares the hall full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space.
In the warmer months, typically Memorial day weekend til Labor day weekend. You will have access to all three “Owner’s Club Clubhouse” facilities, one is located right next door. This facility offers a nice pool and an indoor recreation area. You also have access to the facility located on South Baden drive, which is only minutes away. Here you will find a wonderful 58,000 gallon swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball, playground, shuffle board and indoor activities, like billiards and a Gym.
Master Bedroom: King Bed and Full Bathroom.
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed
Condo has a Keyless door lock, we will issue you a unique code to the front door before check in. No more having to pick up keys or losing keys.
You will have access to our High speed Wi-fi. Cell phone reception is spotty in the mountains, so there is a land line in the Condo as well. This way 911 and emergency services are available. Unlimited local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake and Mariana Islands is provided. The Condo’s phone number is posted in the condo.
Ample parking spaces are available in the condos private parking lot.

Summary: Great location. Property as described. The condo was perfect for trips to the national park, downtown Gatlinburg. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Dollywood. The condo was very nice and clean! We loved the fireplace as well. Will stay again!

Summary: Property was okay but cleaners left behind debris, shower hot and cold mislabeled, drapery was inadequate for opening size, smoke detector battery was chirping, a lot of little things. Property description needs to better describe location and road leading to property. Property in general is being managed to maximize cash to owner and not for guest experience.

Summary: Overall this condo was more than acceptable and fairly priced. Just a few things that could be better. Pros Owners were very clear and responsive and gave you all the info you needed. 2 bathrooms next to each bedroom (perfect for 2 couples) Updated Roku TVs in all rooms Kitchen had everything you needed, fridge cold WiFi worked well for being in the mountains Central air/heat that actually works Nice large back porch Clean towels Extra blankets/pillows Board games for family Cons *(Comes with the territory) Roads have no guardrails and major drop-offs. A little bigger warning for those who may have trouble seeing or those not as competent with driving. *No ceilings fans (even at correct temp, got stuffy) *Neighbor depending: prepare to have possible commotion (especially during summer) *May need to rid a small tree for better view Thin walls, could hear neighbors at 2am (were just having fun) *(Off season) Not many places like trails or anything to go and burn energy without driving 10min. Roads too dangerous to walk on. *Main TV was a little high (not much they can do with the design of the condo) Pros/Cons only to help those staying to prep a bit better and for owners to continue to develop their property. Overall this was a nice place to stay and I was not disappointed. They have a welcome book that explains where everything is and some recommendations. 3/5 for offseason. 4/5 in summer.
