Summary: Wonderful hotel. Great service. Great breakfast. Lovely shower and bathroom is very big. The bedroom is quite big too. The BEST beds in Vietnam. So soft and comfortable, it feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud! Best nights sleep guaranteed. The hotel is in a great location which is very close and walking distance to great food and sights

Summary: Exceptional hospitality from everyone at the property (special big Thank You to Grace and Henry - best of luck and hopefully Henry you can fulfil your dream of visiting Santiago Bernabeu soon). Very comfortable and clean hotel, perfectly located for exploration of Hanoi Old Quarter. All my tours were organised by Grace, and they were all great. Good breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi, good shower with plenty of hot water and everything delivered with plenty of smiles. It was a perfect 10 days stay.

Summary: Staff was very helpful to make sure I didn't have issues with all my tours. I had 4 separate stays in between 3 tours. Grace also helped me to contact the airline when I could not make changes online. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was across the street on a sister hotel. The location is close to the night market.

Summary: This is an excellent beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi and just 5 minutes from the Hoan Kiem lake. When visiting Hanoi you need to get a feel for the local culture and how thinfs are, the Hanoi Royal Premium hotel allows you to do this but wuth quality comfirt for you also. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Hanoi and use it as a base for other excursions like Ha Long Bay. and the cruise boats are magnificent. We organised everything through the hotel including our two night Cruise in Ha Long Bay and everything was first class. The rooms in this hotel are top class, everything is extremely clean, the food and the variety is really really good but most of all the Hanoi Royal Premium hotel are honestly the best I have ever come upon in any hotel I have visited at home or abroad . This gorgeous boutique hotel gets a 7******* rating out of 5***** for me!
