Positive: Clean, large for Amsterdam standards, quiet, comfortable. While being simple it felt like being on a little honeymoon. I also loved the brand new looking bathroom with all essentials

Negative: I wish there was a breakfast room with fresh food rather than just a coffee machine

Positive: Excellent location and very professional staff. Well managed and very clean apartment. Apartment had everything ready for our stay. I would recommend anyone looking for apartment a to stay in Amsterdam.

Negative: Well we asked new set of towels after second night and at the check out we were charged additional 10 Euros for the Towels.

Positive: The staff that greeted us were lovely The hotel had a lift which is amazing The location was great. Close the everything but far enough to in a quiet location . Canal view was nice also

Negative: There was no tea, coffee or milk provided Some big stains on the carpet which made it look shabby

Negative: There are warning signs at the provided cooker that it may set off alarm, this was concerning when cooking, as all 'blame' given to tenant when alarm is sensitive. We did use cooker and all was fine.
