Positive: The heated pool! Kitchenette was handy. Pool/beach toys provided. Beach access. Fitness center. Quiet. Clean room. We would love to stay at the facility again! The staff was very hands off, but any interaction we did have the were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We loved the ability to cook on our trip. We even got to use the grills by the pool. Feels like home, not a hotel.
Negative: The hallways or corridor we found huge roaches on multiple days of our trip. The hot tub blowers were broke and the heat wasn’t working either. The bathroom light wouldn’t fully come on, had to shower in the dark. There was not a bath mat on the tub, so we had to go buy one after my daughter slipped and fell. To cook we had to move to be able to reach plugs, an extension cord would have been handy. This room didn’t have a balcony, but a window that slightly views the ocean from the side. But a great view of the bathrooms next door.
Summary: Would love to come back!

Positive: 2nd floor, easy beach access and great communication with property customer service. Has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Negative: Loose hairs on sheets and pillows, although the whites looked clean the hair made it feel dirty. Comforter on pull out was dirty. All dishes and utensils looked dirty. Fan in bathroom sounded like a motorcycle revving..took some messing with it to get it to stop.
