The condo is on the 1ST FLOOR on the south side, STEPS AWAY FROM THE ATLANTIC OCEAN! . It has a quiet, semi-private patio and has been updated with tile and granite.

Summary: My sister and I had a great stay! The location is perfect, right at the beach, and we were able to park right outside the condo. We had everything we needed. Having 2 full baths was a huge plus. Beds and sitting area were comfy. This was a great find. I hope we can stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed this condo! We, unfortunately had to come to Daytona due to a funeral but was able to enjoy the beach for a few days while there as well. The location of the condo was in a prime location…it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Easy access to the beach and the heated pool was nice. The condo was roomy with ample space for our needs. Good communication with the owner of the condo. Would recommend staying here!

Summary: We had a great stay. Awesome location, having 2 bathrooms was perfect. Beds are comfortable, and all amenities worked as they should. Hope skip and jump from the main drags on daytona beach. Close to many great restraunts and shops. Would reccomend

Summary: First 4 days no electricity in either bathroom hall or ceiling fan. AC in bedroom does not work. 2 days no water for part of the day. 2 different days no hot water until late at night

Summary: Stayed shorted time than original plan however water pipe broke and haald water 3 different days in one week. Not sure why it took so long to fix. Other than that condo was ok
