Happy people only! Beautifully decorated in a beachy theme, comfortable and clean 6th floor ocean front condo with outdoor balcony seating. Spectacular ocean views and sounds day and night that will take your breath away! Every beach and ocean picture shown here was taken from our 6th floor balcony. Our condo is cozy and relaxing so that you can enjoy your stay. The heated pool, hot tub and oceanfront deck open year round!
100 steps to pool or ocean. Walking distance to downtown Daytona Beach, the pier, and a host of restaurants, shops and lots of activities. You can be as busy as you like or just "chillax". There are 2 restaurants just yards to the North: LandShark Bar and Grill, Crabby's Oceanside. Short walk there is historic Ocean Deck and the Pier. ONLY 5 miles from Daytona Intl. Speedway.
We know you will be kind and respectful to our condo as we have gone to great lengths to make it beautiful, clean and comfortable for you! This is a NO SMOKING CONDO & BUILDING, however, SMOKING PERMITTED ON BALCONY ONLY WITH DOOR CLOSED. Smoking also permitted in the outdoor pool area.

Summary: Property is very secure and safe. Loved the amenities, game room, vending area, laundry. The pool was great size and easy quick access to the beach. Would stay again!

Summary: This was our fifth summer here and we still absolutely love it! It’s perfect for a girls week. The views are breathtaking and we saw lots of dolphin activity which I haven’t seen before. The owner is very prompt in answering messages.

Summary: The condo has such a nice view on the ocean !! We enjoyed our stay .. because of no dishwasher we brought our own paper products to use , we were pleasantly surprised that there were paper products there already !! The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking … Just an FYI , there are no privacy walls on the balcony so you are pretty much sitting with your neighbors lol. We enjoyed the pool, spa and the ping pong table too!!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights and found it to be as pictured online. The condo is cozy and was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets together. The location was within walking distance to several great beach side restaurants. The building is older, but the condo was very clean and the air conditioners in both rooms worked very well, which was appreciated after being outside in the humidity. If you are a light sleeper, I do recommend taking a pair of earplugs to sleep with, mostly due to the proximity of the elevator to the bedroom. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We would recommend this rental to anyone traveling solo or as couple.

Summary: The condo was perfect for the two of us and it is looked exactly like the VRBO pictures. We welcomed the comfortable king size bed and great hot water pressure in the shower. The LR had a couch and a chair (I am amazed at how many places only give you 1 couch) It also had plenty of outlets for charging our stuff and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware and plates. I am an exceptionally light sleeper, so I appreciated the hosts honesty about street noise levels on the weekend- it was easily handled with earplugs. We would def stay again.

Summary: Tracy's place was as advertised, very clean, well stocked and a very comfortable bed. The weather was great and even got to have breakfast on the balcony. Communication was great and was flexible so we could check out a little later. We'll definitely will be back.
