Positive: The "Resort" badly needs to be renovated. Some units are kind of trashed. However, the unit we stayed was spotless. We couldn't have asked for more. It even had a dehumidifier, which is so needed in Florida. GREAT STAY!!
Negative: The overall appearence needs an overhaul.

Positive: The resort location was nice. It was right on the beach south of the boardwalk. The room was very clean and Sonya was a wonderful host!
Negative: The room said it was oceanfront. It was a ocean view instead. The balcony was on the side of the building. I thought the room would be a little bigger than it was being a studio for the price.
Summary: It was a very pleasant trip. I would stay there again. We had a great time.
