Positive: The property was beautifully laid out and easy to find . Had everything that you needed a real home from home setting. The bed was very comfortable ( had an amazing three nights sleep ) and the linen was crisp and clean . Towels were also provided ( nice and fluffy) . The view from the front main bedroom overlooking the river was very amazing, a little table for two nestled under the eaves window , a nice little touch to have with your G&T in the evenings and watching the sun go down . Was a great location overlooking Conway Castle. Highly recommended would definitely book again.
Negative: I wouldn’t say there’s anything I didn’t like about the property. Maybe some more lighting In the back alley of the property would help with more visibility.

Positive: Lovely property but as in other reviews the stairs are extremely steep,really well equipped especially the kitchen with everything you need. Fantastic transport links. Beautiful view with binoculars to take in the scenery. Beds extremely comfortable!
Negative: As we checked into the property we put the heating on,radiators not getting hot only warm so contacted the host,he called back immediately. Ran a bath and half way through the water ran cold,no hot water through any of the taps in different rooms,called him again no answer but replied by text telling me the hot water only heats up between 3pm-5pm and 5am...so once I has a bath that was it no hot water until the morning! I explained in a text message that I'm disabled,I have fibromialgia and I need a couple of baths a day to soak my muscles. Called him twice again and 2 more texts but was ignored,he didn't respond once in the 5 days we stayed there,not once! Ended up having to alter the temperature in the boiler and mess about with the meter. Place never got warm despite this! No check in check out instructions. No manuals on the cooker or coffee machine, kettle didn't work so had to boil water on the stove for 5 days! 5 spotlights broken in the kitchen and flickered

Positive: Great property with everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable and homely living room, spacious bedrooms and plenty of clothes hangers. Lovely touch was the biscuits, milk and fresh flowers left by the host, along with coffee, tea, sugar etc. Perfect when arriving late and in need of a cuppa! Location was perfect for getting about - with a train station directly opposite. Also walking distance to Conwy and frequent buses and trains to other locations nearby making it a perfect base for a trip to North Wales.
Negative: Entrance to property is quite difficult with steep metal steps. I arrived in darkness and was a bit uncomfortable wandering down a dark alley to find the gate. I made sure I was back before dark each day after that. There was also no smoke alarms in the property which was a concern.
Summary: Lovely comfortable home from home in a fantastic location
