DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include a $235 Cleaning Fee, a $65Damage Protection Waiver, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax

Summary: Enjoyed a beautiful family weekend in the mountains. It was cool enough to enjoy and outdoor fire in the fire pit. Made s’mores! Stayed outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather and views! Some were brave enough to get in the cool river and loved it! Great family getaway. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Very easy to work with!

Summary: The inside of the house was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Not too far from town. We were surprised that it was on a gravel road as a paved drive was one of the things I looked for when searching for a VRBO but after being in the area it seems that most of the rentals are on gravel roads ours was in better shape than the other houses we visited.
