Positive: Lovely little cottage, superb location for us. In a peaceful village with easy access to London and for visiting family in Kent. Comfortable, clean with the most amazing welcome pack from the hosts! The pool was the icing on the cake! There is literally nothing Janet and Steve haven’t thought of!

Positive: Everything! Lovely hosts and my dog was very spoiled!! Brilliant walk just next to the house, where she could safely run off lead. So generous for snacks and treats. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Honestly didn’t want to leave!! Felt better than home.
Negative: It’s always booked already and I’d love to come back.

Positive: Janet and Steve ensured that everything was arranged for us to settle into our accommodation. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch, as was the welcome basket. Communication was excellent, Janet could not have been more helpful. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen well appointed. There were thoughtful inclusions which made our stay homely, such as the beautiful wool lap blanket. This self-contained unit is in a peaceful rural area, with fields just over the hedgerow. There are many historic places to visit, including Hever Castle. Car parking is on-site and secured by an automated gate.

Positive: Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts, who provided spotless, comfortable accommodation. The kids loved playing with inflatables in pool, and made good use of the pool-house. Location is perfect for visiting London and surrounding area, and we loved seeing wild deer in the field next door from the bedroom window.

Positive: Beautifull house with everything you need for a week vacation. On walking distance from the bus stop, recreation ground, pub, village shop and walking paths for the dog. Nice garden with swimmingpool and parking on the terrain itself.
Negative: If you went away with the car, getting on the road is a little thing.
