Summary: Kitchen was poorly stocked. No dish towel or paper towel, one glass and 2 mugs. Bathroom was cramped, and tub had no stopper. No extra blanket available. Had to ask for coffee and creamer packets. Breakfast only went to 9:00 on weekends

Summary: Our first room was comfortable and clean. The furniture was older and the TV was situated a bit hinky to the bed, but that didn't cause any problem. The difficulty arose when I began hearing an extremely annoying-to-my-ears noise. I thought it was coming from outside the building; but when I went outside, I didn't hear it. I asked the desk clerk if she could come up to the room to check it out. She discovered it was the A/C unit. It was too warm outside to go without A/C. She very kindly offered us another room...she even upgraded it to a king-size suite instead of the queen size suite we had. I felt very cared for and had a good night's sleep in the 2nd room. The breakfast offering was adequate, but minimal. The cost of the room was less than other surrounding places, so it was not a big deal. Knowing this, I will bring a few breakfast items with me next time. It's quite nice to have a kitchen in the room. We would definitely stay there again...especially nice if we would be spending more than one night. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked like it would be enjoyable. Good location. Easy access from highway. Several restaurants close by. Clean. Good value.

Summary: The hotel smelled like weed. Rooms were average. Laundry on site was over priced and the dryer did not get the job done.

Summary: Elevator did not work and hasn’t for some time. How do they get their equipment up there to clean ? My tougher is they don’t. Hotel needs a full remodel.

Summary: I had to call down to the front desk at least five times between 11:00 and midnight because people were screaming and yelling above us on the third floor and the front desk did absolutely nothing about it It went on until 2:00 in the morning and then started again at 7:15 It was extremely uncourteous and I was a huge fan of the property up until yesterday
