Summary: Stay was great, staff friendly, clean and the only downfall was, on your event calendar there was to be live music and we saw the person show up but left and there was no music performed.

Summary: Air conditioner did not work. Called front desk. Said they were sending someone. Opened 1 window. Other window had no screen. Waited an hour and half and then had to call again. Switched rooms. Wasted my time waiting while family was at the pool. Some light bulbs did not work. Room was dark.

Summary: Came here last minute, the room was renovated up to date! Bathroom was clean, bedroom was really comfortable and spacious. The upkeep on site was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our quick stay here. Would definitely be back to enjoy the rest of the amenities next time.

Summary: Clean nice property. Wedding, prom and baby shower were going on during the stay. Only bad thing was no parking due to all the events.

Summary: When I pulled up, and finally laid eyes on the mansion. I believe my first words were “o damn” the pictures don’t do this place justice, it really is a beautiful place. Service was friendly and professional from the check in to the dinner I had at the restaurant. The history and architecture alone are worth a stay, I wish I had more time here at hays mansion but the little time I spent was well worth it. The room I stayed was very nice, clean, and comfortable. A must stay at if you’re visiting the area.
