Summary: Good location for our purpose; quiet neighbourhood.We had not received our check in instruction till only a few hours before check in time. There was a “disclaimer” in these last minute instructions to find another place if we were inconvenienced by any defficiencies of the place…The place needs TLC;

Summary: The good news is May was very responsive when I requested that we needed more then two table spoons that was available in her cutlery drawer. She ordered an entire new set of cutlery! She also ordered dishwasher tabs as there was none when we arrived. She also supplied extra towels on request. Unfortunately they are aware of other issues as they have a disclaimer in their check in email that states they may not be able to fix them during our stay. And they will refund my money and I can go somewhere else if I’m not happy. The fact that they have taken the time to write this tells me that they will never get fixed. Among the issues, 4 of 8 (b/c of limited space) are: no patio furniture to speak of. Even though it was promoted in the description that we can “relax and enjoy your favourite cuppa” on the private patio. 2)maggots crawling on the powder room bathroom floor with an infestation of tiny red insects. 3. The electrical was also an issue. From loose socket outlets where plugs slip out of the sockets to the faulty light switch in the garage meaning when I did laundry I had to open the garage door for decent lighting. and the front porch light that didn’t stay on when flicked on. Don’t know what’s going on here but potential fire hazard? 4. the frying pans are cause for concern). I did mention this issue to May on the last day of our stay and she offered to buy new pans. 4.
