Summary: The room was clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if plates were left in the function room along with the cutlery so you can eat in your room if needed.

Summary: Great staff, great breakfast and a superb sleep on a very clean and comfortable bed. Shower could do with being stronger and little toiletries would be a bonus but overall a very good couple of nights stay. Recommended for visiting Bath with just a short train ride from the town.

Summary: the bed in our room was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, especially the sausage. we were there for a family occasion which was help in the restaurant. the staff were great and very helpful with all the little requests like sparklers for the cake etc

Summary: Underwhelming but fine. Shower was pathetic. Curtains weren’t blackout. Mattress fairly lumpy. Budget a decent amount of time to wait for the breakfast as not a buffet. But nothing horrendous. Fine for a 1 night business trip.

Summary: I stayed here for a business trip and there were some great bits and not so great bits. I was told when I booked that I would receive instructions on how to gwt into the hotyel as th reseption is not manned after 12pm and I was arriving at around 5pm. I spoke to someone the day before to say I hadn't received

Summary: I was a little surprised the hotel did not have the restaurant and bar open on Wednesdays. However, there was a pub 5 minutes walk away that did food. Breakfast was really good, and the parking was easy. The hotel is on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.

Summary: The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again.

Summary: Great location between Bath and Bristol. Room was quite small and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast choice was excellent, we used the restaurant one evening, the food was really good. Parking is available but it’s not a big area and is used by guests and restaurant patrons so it does get busy.
