Positive: This excellent apartment is perfectly located in the city centre & is very close to all sites, landmarks & attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and contains everything you could possibly expect and more, including additional provisions and supplies provided by the exceptional & thoughtful host, Antonio. The communication with host Antonio commencing well prior to our stay and continuing right up to our departure was very much appreciated. This was one of the best accommodation experiences we have had across numerous locations in Europe over the years, so would highly recommend this for consideration. Thank you Antonio!
Negative: Our apartment was on the fourth floor and only accessible by stairs which we were well aware of at time of booking. If you are comfortable with the stairs you will be rewarded with the accommodation experience.

Positive: The place is like 1 minute to the Bourse and 3 minutes from the Grand Place. The apartment is great, very clean and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. I will just name a few things that caught my eye (other than the usual things you find at any place): new charger cables, UK/EU socket adapter, free Netflix, multiple types of coffee, tea, condensed milk, sugar, honey, water filter, multiple types of shampoo, shower gels and everything you need for the bathroom, fluffy pillows, hard pillows, no need for a key, just passcode, and those skylights, just awesome!
Negative: The stairs, like everyone said. The only drawback are the five steep flights of stairs. But I had a lot of belgian fries and belgian beer and belgian chocolate, a lot of belgian calories to burn, so... I welcomed the stairs.

Positive: It is a clean, cozy, well-maintained, neat, warm, clean apartment, equipped with pretty much everything you need for a 2-3 day city-break in Brussels. It is located in the center of the old city, close to the Bourse. On the ground floor there are many restaurants and bars. It would seem that the location comes with the usual noise, but it doesn't - once the windows are closed, the noise from outside completely disappears. Nearby you have a subway station 4 minutes away and a bus stop about 7 minutes away, which is very convenient. There are 2 Carrefour stores nearby (aprox 8 minutes walk). The host is extremely welcoming and nice, helpful and attentive to the wishes and needs of the guests. Communication is extremely easy with quick feedback. He was very careful not to miss anything and gave us all the information we needed. The only inconvenience for older people or people with health problems is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building and has no elevator, so it is a small effort. But we knew that in advance from the host and it wasn't a problem for us. I highly recommend. I would like to come back soon!

Positive: Great location from which to get anywhere in Brussels and for local things to do. Nice size for a solo traveller. Excellent facilities - everything that I needed. Host communicated very well with clear instructions and was always responsive to any questions.
Negative: The advertised narrow staircase to the 5th floor is a challenge with luggage. The apartment is fitted with fans and opening roof windows, but can feel hot.
