Positive: I liked the photos and comments from other travelers, but unfortunately, the owners informed me that the property was not available and offered me another accommodation. I recommend confirming the availability of this property before proceeding with the payment.
Negative: A couple of days before my arrival in Florida, I was contacted by the host, who offered me an alternative accommodation to my reservation. I am currently assessing the house where I am staying, which is 30 minutes away from the original location. The bed is very uncomfortable, the room doors seem to provide no sound insulation, the acoustic insulation is nonexistent, and the outdoor sofas need cleaning.
Summary: Overall, it's not bad, but be careful not to book this house and end up in a different one.

Positive: This place is lovely. We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties, and honestly, this was the cleanest and most well appointed yet. The pool is clean and maintained. A super value and comfortable place to relax with family.
Negative: Nothing really to improve. All bases were well covered. 🙂

Positive: Wow! This was my first time renting a home vs a condo or resort - and it was amazing! This house had all the little extras - a beautiful resort style backyard with pool, upscale interior design, motion detected lights inside (in the hall way and garage), light dimmers, comfy beds and furniture, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. We'll definitely look for this property in the future when we visit the area. Simply one of the best places we've stayed - ever!
Negative: Checkout time was a bit early for us (I wanted to get the place as clean as possible - it's a mom thing).
Summary: Incredible home - clean, upgrades galore, with a cozy, resort feel - and close to the beach!
