This is beautiful 'Lake Tarpon Villas' condominiums. This fully furnished condo is located on Lake Tarpon ten minutes east of some of the most popular Gulf beaches and sunsets in the world. We are also just 20 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Science Center where you can meet 'The Dolphins and Mammals'. Come see where our movie 'Dolphin Tale' was filmed.
This lovely complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks, a notable feature for peace and tranquility. This second-floor condominium comes with an assigned parking space near your front door with guest parking in the rear. The condo's rear Patio overlooks the pool area, private boat dock, and your own private 19-foot pontoon boat for your use. There is a community pool and a jacuzzi for your pleasure. You will also find an air-conditioned coin laundry center with washers & dryers for your use at the pool area. Do all your laundry at one time and take a relaxing dip in the pool while you wait.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom for additional family or guests. The family room sofa has a hide-a-bed to sleep two in comfort as well. The unit is ideal for four adults and two children.
Lake Tarpon is approximately four miles long and two miles wide and is well known for bass fishing. This condominium is one of 40 units and is secluded from the busy Gulf beaches yet close to shopping malls, restaurants, and Disney Resorts.

Summary: Every year once or twice a year I come to Tampa I stay for a week because of the great rate and great fishing access. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this condo. The inside of the condo is decorated nicely and well stocked with everything you would need, down to a whole closet of beach/fishing gear. We really appreciated that. The condo was fairly clean, minus the floors and the outside porches. Luckily, there was a vacuum there. The porches could use a pressure washing. The exterior of the entire condo/apartment complex left a lot to be desired, really dated and in need of some maintenance, it left a bad first impression. The pool at the complex was great, our kids loved it and the covered patio at the pool kept the adults dry during a couple sporadic rain showers. The host was very responsive to my questions/inquiries.

Summary: We’ve found our new vacation spot and we’re already planning our trip for next year. We traveled with our theee children (13,5,3) and this home for us perfectly the kids loved their bedroom and our teenage daughter enjoyed the huge pullout couch setup. My wife and I enjoyed our private balcony and upstairs sun deck (we kept those areas secret and the kids never found them) we called that our vacation from vacation spot and if you have small children you understand exactly what I’m talking about! The boat really made this vacation over the top and we enjoyed it almost every day we were here. The kids loved the pool as well and was a great place to unwind and rinse off when we’d get back in from the lake. Plenty of good restaurants and beaches nearby as well but the perfect distance from the over populated Clearwater area. Paul the owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our vacation was perfect 10/10 would recommend this to others (already have friends booking their family vacation here as well)

Summary: The condo was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. Close proximity to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach area. The pontoon was such a great bonus, we really enjoyed it. Mattress on the King size bed was extremely comfortable. We had the perfect long weekend getaway, very relaxing!

Summary: Wonderful stay. We have granddaughters living in the area and this location was perfect. The boat was amazing. Paul was perfect to deal with and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know to drive the boat. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. I certainly hope we can rent again.
