The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Upon entering, the open layout brings you to the living room and kitchen, with designated dinning space and extra seating area. There is plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy the space together or individually. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer you’ll feel like you have all the conveniences of home!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed each.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking essentials.

Retreat to your private outdoor oasis, where a covered patio and pool deck await. Kick back and relax on comfortable lounge furniture with refreshing drinks in hand or fire up the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. Relax by our heated pool or take a dip in the hot tub and catch a beautiful sunset while overlooking the river.
The home also includes FREE CABLE TV high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living room and master-bedroom, a washer & dryer and 3 driveway parking spots located in front of the house are all available during your stay.

Summary: This place is great! Sandy was great at communicating with us. The place was clean, had a lot of items included such as coffee, bottled water, toothpaste, and other items that made the stay that much better. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Easy to get downtown and to the beach. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house and property are just as pictured. Great location, clean and the host was great to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, spices & some condiments. Short drive to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We were three couples that stayed here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I highly recommend.

Summary: My adult children and granddaughter traveled from CT to go to my son’s Fire Academy graduation. We all stayed at the property that was spectacular. We never really left except to go to the grocery store. There was NOT one thing missing. The outdoor life with pool, spa and fish in the canal kept us very entertained The kitchen was so clean and well equipped. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area as well. We kept noticing all the details not left out. Sandy, the host was outstanding with her communication. We all agreed we would love to come back again within the year. We made a blessed memory here.
