Make memories at this unique and family-friendly completely renovated home, open kitchen concept, amazing patio space to relax, have fun and entertain featuring a private pool, hammock, hanging chairs, fire pit, golf putting green, connect four, gas grill. Centrally located in Riverside Neighborhood, 3 miles to East Las Olas Blvd, 5 miles to Las Olas Beach.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, absolutely no noise or loud music outside after 10PM. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.
The space:
Modern home featuring an open kitchen, living and dining space. Smart TV in the living room area, Xfinity channels, and streaming channels available.
Enjoy the amazing backyard that includes: private pool, lounge chairs, pool umbrella, hammock, fire pit, hanging chairs, golf putting green, connect four game, gas grill. It makes the perfect home to entertain.
2 Master suites with king beds, private bathrooms with shower, 1 of the suites is completely private detached from the main house. The two other bedrooms offer a queen bed with TV's.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances including wine cooler, silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, rice maker, blender, etc.
All bathrooms offer crisp towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, tissues and toilet paper.
Laundry area:
Washer and dryer are located by the kitchen area in a closet for you to use.
Driveway:
Parking for up to 4 cars, please do not block the end of the street.
*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control contractors may be performing exterior services in the house during your stay so don't be alarm, no one should need access to the house.

Summary: We came to the area for a baby shower and we wanted to stay together as a family. We found the hime to be just that a home, it had all the items you need and then some! We hope to come back and enjoy the home when it is a little warmer!

Summary: We stayed for a bachelorette party! We loved relaxing by the pool hanging out in the kitchen and the easy access of door codes! Getting around was so easy with Uber and getting DoorDash groceries was so convenient! Will definitely stay again if back in wonderful Ft. Lauderdale!

Summary: It was exactly as pictured. The place was clean and stocked. Just a few small notes - the front door code did not work upon arrival but the host answered immediately and electronically opened it for us. It gave us issues the next day but she fixed it. The hot water was spotty throughout the weekend. Most of us didn’t have hot water. Host was super responsive, kind and helpful though. The location is awesome. My fav place to go is Glitch Bar. The host also let me have an extra person there for game night, they did stay the night though of course. The beds were a little hard but doable, depends on what you like. I would def stay here again. Still highly recommend!
