This is a lovely home in a quiet family neighborhood, with many family friendly features. There are 4 TVs with cable and Netflix ,smart TVs .Internet is through Xfinity and has a strong WIFI signal throughout the house. There is free parking; 2 spots depending on vehicle size. The house is very private with a private fenced-in back yard , where guests can lounge by and swim in the warm pool and catch plenty of sun, its great for evening family Fun under a tropical tiki hut

Lauderdale airport and walking distance to Federal Highway #1, which has many great bars, shops publix and restaurants

Summary: We spent six weeks in this home and really enjoyed it. The heated pool was nice and warm even during Jan-Feb months and the backyard/tiki hut has a great tropical vacation feel to it. Comfy beds, great showers and kitchen had all the necessary items. Darling neighborhood to walk each day and we felt very safe. The location is a quick drive to beaches and the airport. There’s plenty of restaurant and grocery stores nearby. The house could use a fresh coat of paint throughout and some minor repairs but still a very nice rental overall. Both the owner and house manager were very responsive when we had questions and a couple minor concerns. Highly recommend staying here!!
