Linen, Towels, Beach Towels, cookware, furniture are new! We also offer everything you need for your days at the beach: 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler and beach mats. Cleaning products, a full BBQ propane tank are also included.
All this and situated in a safe and upscale neighborhood that is close to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!

The home:
Home boasts large open floor plan with 4 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms, Beautiful Fully Equipped Kitchen and Walls of Glass Doors overlooking the Pool. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone while lounging or dining both inside and out. Relax after a long day at the beach and pool in the comfortable Family Room complete with 65” TV and over 350 HD channels including Netflix which are also available on all 5 of the flat screen TV's.
The house is 2,225 sq ft, located near US 1, Five minutes from Several restaurants, malls and Golfing. The huge pool is great for swimming in the morning or just relaxing at night.
The outside Area has a fantastic private backyard and pool with great lounges chairs to enjoy our amazing Florida weather! There is also a brand new BBQ grill.
The living room is in the heart of the house allowing you to enjoy the beautiful backyard view. The Kitchen is fully equipped with new dinnerware, flatware, cookware to make your stay more enjoyable and has an eating kitchen with a second table for your breakfasts.
The Living room is equipped with a brand new Smart 65' TV and a comfortable leather couch to enjoy watching your preferred movie or TV show. We offer Cable TV including Netflix for you to choose from a variety of movies and TV shows.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, its own Smart 55” TV as well as a spacious bathroom in suite to keep privacy from the rest of the guests while enjoying your perfect holiday time.
The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a view on the garden, a new smart 43 inches TV and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a very comfortable plush top Queen bed, a brand new 43 inches TV, a walk-in closet and is beautifully decorated.
The fourth bedroom has a brand new bunk bed (twin over Full bed) and a 43” TV. It also has a hide-away bed (Full size) for other guests, so makes it a very comfortable fourth bedroom.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, a dining room table, a breakfast room, living room, a laudry room, a fully equipped outside patio set and we also have 8 woven lounge chairs. The house can sleep 10 persons comfortably as we also have a Twin Air Bed mattresses available upon request.
We offer brand new top linens, towels, Beach towels, new flatware, dinnerware, silverware, furniture and beds are also new. We also offer Tommy Bahamas Beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler and beach mats. We provide some cleaning products in our starter kit as well as propane for the BBQ grill for the duration of your stay.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. There is also an iron and ironing board, a brand Maytag washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable.
CHILDREN AMENITIES: We have available for children (small set-up fee may apply): a Crib, 2 Graco Packn Play (0-2 year old), 3 high chairs, 3 strollers, 3 small foldable bed (75 lbs or less) "Regalo My Cot Deluxe" for the littlle ones, a play table "Little Tikes Junior Play Table"(plastic picnic table for 2-5 years old), a Fisher Price Royal Potty, a high chair, 4 Toddlers sofas, beach chairs (3-6 years old), bed bumpers, a baby’s bath, several inflattable toys and noodles for the pool, some Ikea plastic plates, bowls and glasses.
WORKSPACE: we have a wifi printer at the house as well as a second LG monitor. There is a work desk in the Ocean bedroom and we can add another desk (L-Shape) in the Den to have a TOTAL of two (2) OFFICES . The second office workspace is available for longer stays (3 weeks min). Both work desk have an office chair and an office lamp, one of them has an extra monitor.
The pool is heated from December 1st to May 1st.
The house is only 7 minutes from the Beach, several Golf courses, close to Fort Lauderdale downtown, Sawgrass Mall and several restaurants.
It is 30 minutes away from Miami Beach and 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport making this a Great Place for your Vacation or Business Stay!
Extra services available: mid-stay cleaning, daily pool maintenance, pre-stocking groceries (send us a list of your favorite snacks and beverages and we ll have them waiting in the fridge when you arrive. (Fee applicable for those Concierge Services)
We put an extra effort to every details to make your stay very comfortable!
The neighborhood is very safe at all times for you to take walks at night or do your running in the morning before starting the day.
We have two (2) exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our home. One is at the front door and one on the side of the house. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. There are no cameras inside the house nor in the pool and patio area.
