Positive: Fantastic view, very private, very quiet. Three different balconies all offering superb views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Comfortable beds and furniture. Close to town. Very clean and tidy. Good selection of appliances and kitchenware. Nighttime sounds of gentle waves crashing, mixed with Morepork owls and male/female Kiwi calls very close by.

Negative: If I had to pick 3 things: Be aware that there are lots of stairs. No toilet on main entertaining/kitchen level. Steep driveway makes parking awkward (no access to garage).

Summary: Really a remarkable spot, very memorable. Shows off the Bay of Islands to its fullest.

Positive: Upon arrival we were greeted and shown around the beautiful property, which did not disappoint. The Hosts were very generous with beautiful gifts. Everything was available for breakfast and the facilities were amazing. The views were stunning. A real slice of Heaven!
