*Guests bringing dog(s) are required to pay an additional pet fee of $175 per dog (maximum of 1 dog).
*Strictly no cats are allowed.
*All guests with dogs must adhere to our house rules for pets.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste properly in the designated bins.
A $250 additional fee will be charged for violations of these rules.
Outdoor Area: Please be aware that off the back porch and down to the water's edge, there is a gently sloped yard with no steps or railings. We kindly ask you to be mindful of this when enjoying the outdoor area.
Boating Safety: NH law requires that a life preserver be present on any boat; it does not need to be worn but must be on the boat. The NH boat police will issue tickets for non-compliance.
Parking: Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
Air Conditioning: Window air conditioning units are only available in the Sunroom and the hallway on the 2nd floor. Other areas, including the bedrooms, are equipped with fans.
Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.
Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Summary: We had a great stay! Beautiful views of the lake, great deck and closed in porch to relax on. The house had everything you could need for a few days for some R & R. Jim was fantastic to deal with and was available for anything that was needed. Highly recommend this peaceful home if you're looking to stay in the area.

Summary: We spent 2 nights here to celebrate New Years with our daughter and a family friend. The house and location were wonderful--lovely view across the whole house! We loved that they allowed us to use the fireplace. House was very well-appointed and clean. We did find that the water seemed rusty/had a lot of minerals, but two jugs of bottled water covered us on that front no problem.

Summary: This was great even though the area was still snowy with the lake frozen over, it was beautiful. Easy and quick communication with the property manager, clean gorgeous home, quiet neighborhood, and an all around great stay!

Summary: Loved Jim’s place! It was one of the best stocked rentals we have been to. All instructions were well provided, and Jim was easy to chat with about anything we had questions on. Friends and I had a wonderful time spending a snow storm by the fireplace and in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful lake and mountains. Easy access to the ski mountains. Looked well prepped for summer fun on the lake as well with kayaks and such in the basement.

Summary: Great location, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone! The short 15-20 minute drive to King Pine was perfect. Rented this property with 3 friends for a birthday weekend and it didn’t disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely rent this property again!
