Positive: It was spacious and the price for a 3 night stay was amazing. Parking at the door. Easy access to home. Owner was very responsive.
Negative: Blinds were broken in the living room dinning room area along with the downstairs bedroom blind
Summary: I would stay here again the next time we visit Tampa.

Positive: The location was great. Pretty close to downtown and other areas.
Negative: The dishwasher had mold. Pots and pans were unusable. One of the beds smelled like piss & perfume. Broken blinds and windows, and overall just not very clean and did not look like the photos.
Summary: Great location and lots of potential, but needs extra cleaning and care.

Positive: Except for some missed ashes on couch arm, everything was clean. The house sits in the back giving it a sense of privacy in a quiet street. Nearby there's a beautiful river front park where we walked and had lunch. The kitchen is brand new There's plenty of seating for our family of six.
Negative: There is enough loose trash and debris on the sides of house in backyard, the first views to welcome us. The blinds in dining areare broken, curtain in bedroom is hanging with a thread, cannot be opened. The upstairs bathroom window has a big crack. It took a while to get hold of host. Eventually host tried to help by shipping some basic things like drinking glasses, hand soap, etc. We bought food to cook in oven, but there were NO baking pans or baking sheets to place food in oven!.
Summary: Safe, simple, comfortable space for six and easy driving distance to airport and cruise terminal.

Negative: Broken window in living room causing draft and cold inside the room. Cockroaches 😳 Smelly refrigerator.🤢 No blindings in bathroom window.

Positive: The location was great - short walk to a main street that had restaurants and bars. Great price for the size of the place.
Negative: We had a little trouble unlocking and locking the door. It was a code lock and we had to pull the door a bit to get the lock to engage. Owner was very responsive when we had questions via text about the lock so it really wasn't an issue.
