Nestled just two blocks from Cuscaden Park and the community pool on a quiet street sits Casa Grande. She's a lovely renovated 1908 split bungalow. Casa Grande is the two bedroom main house and La Casita is the mother-in-law apartment located at the back of the property, also available for rent.
The sun drenched front porch offers plenty of seating overlooking a picket lined front yard. Street parking available. Keyless locks make for easy excess. Check-in is a breeze. We’ve taken the time to pay attention to the details making sure you have everything you need for a fantastic stay.
Centrally located in Ybor's Historic Landmark District, 7 minutes to downtown and less than 5 to the highways. Spacious and thoughtfully equipped for all of your holiday needs. Great for small families, couples, friends, & business trips.
My brother Kyle and his pup Meera live on the adjacent lot. They have a separate entrance from Casa Grande on the east side of the property. You will share the detached laundry room.
VM Ybor is a historically and culturally rich neighborhood. Conveinently located just outside of the city proper and 10 blocks from Centro. VM is up and coming. Casa Grande is in a safe area and our neighbors have been a part of the community for decades. Please do your diligence on Ybor's history and the VM neighborhood when booking your stay.

Summary: Simply put, this is one of the best rental properties I have stayed in! It was very nicely updated, roomy, clean, and had everything you could need and more! The kitchen was well stocked down to the spices. Plenty of games, cards, books, extra towels…even sunscreen. Uber to downtown Tampa was easy and reasonable. A few other reviews talked about the condition of the area. It is an old, historic neighborhood in a city. You will find narrow streets and some run down homes sitting next to million dollar properties. Nothing about Casa Grande felt unsafe for four women traveling together.The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! If I could give this 10 stars, I would!
