Nestled on a secluded drive in the heart of the Seneca Lake wine trail is our lake home we call Herbst's Hideaway. Relax in this air conditioned 2300 sq ft home which is literally 10 ft from incredible level lakeshore. The panoramic view is breathtaking. We also have a 100 ft dock leading to a large platform that will allow you to soak up the sun, swim and relax to your heart's content. Use the paddleboat, 2 tandem kayaks, 1 single kayak or 1 kids kayak to row to the swim raft. Enjoy the four private king size bedrooms (two with bathrooms) and keep the kids together on the 2 sets of bunkbeds.

Summary: This was our fourth time staying at Herbst Hideaway and I'm sure we'll be back again. The house never disappoints! Communication with owner is easy and prompt. This is one of my all-time favorite VRBO homes!

Summary: Beautiful house right on the lake. View was gorgeous. House was clean, bedding was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The only drawback was the drive into the property. We didn’t know it was 2 miles off the road on an unpaved road. That did not deter us. We still loved it and I still highly recommend it. We had a wonderful time with our family.

Summary: The house was just as described! Beautiful, clean and very well stocked! We were able to enjoy the fire pit in the evening and our son got a little fishing in from the dock. This was a short weekend getaway for some of our family. We all would love to go back and spend more time enjoying the area and time at this lakefront home! Thank you !

Summary: Our annual stay at this property is always a winner. The place is always clean and extremely well-stocked. The location is very central to all FLX activities. Our group of 4 couples begins to plan our next visit before we even check out! Highly recommend.

Summary: The house provided our family with a bedroom for each of us. The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to cook breakfast and dinner every day. The living area was adequate so we could gather to chat & play games. Sunrise was stunning!

Summary: Look no further, you’ve stumbled upon the PERFECT house! This property is an absolute gem! The house is situated perfectly on the lake with the most stunning views. Plenty of space allows for individuals to spread out, but also enjoy time together in the common areas such as living room and perfect outdoor space. It was so nice to stay in a well-stocked house from the kitchen to the toys and water activity supplies.We found that this house and overall location has something to offer for everyone! This was certainly a vacation to remember where we were able to create wonderful memories in a beautiful place. Thank you for everything!
