Negative: There was a broken sliding closet door in lower bedroom. It was not acknowledged before we arrived. There was no information on local restuarants, sites or check out requirements. I received too many long, long emails from VACASA and when we tried to reach someone no direct contact other than text. When someone returned our call they were difficult to understand and far from local.
Summary: The views were stunning, location great and over all the house worked out well for us.

Positive: Location was great, short walk to town and fantastic views. Awesome local art displayed.
Negative: Very noisy fan on the heater in main bedroom, had to rug up and turn it off! Worst aspect was the late check in 4:00pm and early check out at 10:00 am! Tried to book a late check out but the web site malfunctioned. We had the cleaners all but honking their horn at precisely 10:00 am and due to the amount of stairs (stairs not a complaint) it took a little longer to get everything to the car. It was very expensive but was an exceptional property just didn't need the intimidation of cleaners sitting in their car watching our every move while we packed up!!!!!!

Positive: Great location right on Penn Cove with a fantastic deck over the water at high tide. Great views of the water and mountains from the bedrooms as well.
Summary: Very relaxing place to spend a few days. You can walk to good restaurants and shops, but you really don’t need to leave

Negative: surprised by the number of stairs both inside and outside the house. there should be an info book on operation of the TV and internet passwords and other important info. however these questions were answered by contacting the very helpful property manager,
