Positive: The location was great and the house itself is nice, offering plenty of space and an amazing view.
Negative: House clean in some part and filthy in other. It was very hot (no AC) and the ceiling fans would not work unless their lights were on, making them useless at night when they would have been the most helpful. There were high windows that would have really helped cool it down, but they were locked. The lower windows would have posed a security risk if left open at night or when we weren't there, so there was little we could do to cool it down. Aldo, Netflix would not connect and there was no cable. Several items from the cabinets were missing. I reported each thing and was told the local team would be notified, but nothing was resolved while we were there. I ended up cleaning myself a bit and reorganizing some of the cabinets to find what I could.
Summary: So much potential, but I won't return.

Positive: Fantastic location, perfect to watch the sunrise. Loads of wildlife from eagles to seabirds to seals and otters and even deer on the beach. Place is comfortable and has most things you’ll need. I’d definitely go back.
Negative: Just a few things - when we first arrived we could not see a second bed. There’s no photos in the listing and no mention (even though we thought we’d seen two beds listed. After about 30 minutes we realized there was a Murphy bed but it’s old and wasn’t clear. There are no instructions or labels )like there are everywhere else) so after some head scratching I finally figured out that it was a bed and could be lowered. After that it was a breeze - it had a made up mattress and bedding and we were set. Also, there’s cooking spices etc - but bring coffee or tea if you want that in the morning. Otherwise it was great.
Summary: Beautiful location, cozy beach front get away.

Positive: Loved the view and the cozy atmosphere! The beach is rocky and full of seashells, make sure to bring/wear substantial shoes if you plan to walk along the beach! The cleaning fee is really expensive for what you would expect for a house rental. Great vacation rental overall!
