Positive: Location is very nice. The room spacious and the bed comfortable.

Negative: The bathroom is basic and gets very wet when taking a shower. Coffee machine on the room did not work. Breakfast very basic and no local products (a lot of packed food products). No fresh orange juice, jam from pots, etc.

Summary: Nice location to visit Rotterdam. Overall a nice experience

Positive: Warm and lovely room, comftable bed, modern bath. Private parking place, which is quite an asset in the Netherlands. Friendly host and staff, pleasant ambiance in the restaurant of the hotel.

Negative: Nothing, but a chirch clock nearby (50 meters away) anounced the time every hour and all half hour. :)) Also, there is no lift/elevator, so you have to carry your luggage on the tiny and spiral staires by yourself to the first flour. But this it is quite normal for the Netherlans.

Positive: Location for me was fantastic. It's in a quiet location so a good rest was easy. The restaurant offers good food at a good price. Staff were exceptional.

Negative: The only issue would be the stairs up to the rooms. They are awkward and if you are unsteady on your or need assistance this may not be the place for you.
