Positive: Very nice room with everything you need ! Warm welcome. Very clean and comfy. You can eat (microwave, fridge, cutlery). Great WiFi. Room would be a 10.

Negative: Very nice host in person but no answers by text message or phone until arrival ! Only dutch no English, French or German. Very late check-in (5PM). Which means we couldn’t use the free parking so we had to pay 17€ in the city center. No breakfast even though we paid for it (host claimed it is bookings fault and offered some food).

Positive: Close to Metro-Station. Calm environment. Easy parking. Fridge in the room.

Negative: We paid for a room with private bathroom, but we had to share the bathroom with guests of other rooms. The toilet even was not on the same floor. This is not as it was written in the description! Do we get back part of the money now? The room is partly very low. We bumped our heads several times.
