The living area has seating for 4 with a comfy sofa and armchair. Stream your favorite Netflix and Amazon Prime shows on the Smart TV, listen to your favorite tunes on the Bose Color Soundlink, or ask the smart speaker about the weather and local attractions. You can also call the USA and Canada at no charge with wireless telephone access as well as stay connected on all your devices with high-speed wireless internet.
On the private terrace you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the mountains or sip a glass of Cabernet and watch the jungle glow at Golden Hour. There is seating for 2 at the dining table and seating for 4 more on the patio sofa and chairs.

Please note: Puerto Vallarta is a vibrant and growing destination, and construction can be seen in various parts of the city, including the popular Zona Romantica. Any work nearby is typically limited to daytime hours, ensuring peaceful evenings and quiet nights for your stay.
Other things to note
🚧 The main elevator will be out of service from September 2 to 30 (completion date may extend based on progress). However, another elevator will be available for your use during this time.
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Guests will be provided access wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas is available for rent.
