Positive: I had such a great time staying in this super cute studio in Old San Juan only one night It was really clean, cozy, and had such a nice vibe. The location is amazing right in the middle of everything so I could just walk to all the fun spots, cafes, and historic sites. It honestly felt like a little home away from home. Would stay here again!

Positive: The host was amazing and communication was excellent. I indicated that I have an allergy to mold and they ensured the room was spotless and extremely clean. The location is fabulous, very convenient to walk daily and out of the loud areas. Images of space shown are exactly as in reality and the apartment had all the necessary items required. The Internet signal was also very consistent.
Negative: There's nothing I can say that was a problem or I didn't like.

Nestled in the heart of Old San Juan, the location offers unbeatable access to everything the city has to offer. Just steps away from the famous forts, vibrant plazas, and colorful streets, I was able to easily explore the rich history and culture of Old San Juan on foot. Whether it was strolling down the picturesque cobblestone streets or discovering hidden gems around every corner, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Beautiful Ambiance & Comfort: The property itself is absolutely stunning. The historic building has been beautifully restored, retaining its original colonial charm while offering all the modern amenities you could need. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated with tasteful local touches, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it feel airy and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days of exploring. Impeccable Service from Rassam: What really set this stay apart was the service. Positive: Location in Old San Juan was fine. Host communication was good.
Negative: The reviews posted did not related to room for rent and were deceptive. Our room had NO windows, no natural light or ventilation. We had no hot water in the shower, only the sinks. I believe that a room with no windows and no second means of egress is not legal to rent.
