This Martha’s Vineyard Hideaway is nestled in the desirable Meadow View Farms area of Oak Bluffs, and includes access to the private association tennis courts. Three of the four bedrooms are super-spacious and have king sized beds and sitting areas.
The first floor features an open layout with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area has sectional seating, chairs, and large screen TV. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area. It has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, and plenty of space for cooking. The dining area is just off the kitchen/living areas. There is a screened porch, with a couch and dining table, that is accessible through a door from the kitchen.
The master bedroom, including an en suite private bath, and a bedroom with twin beds are also on the first floor, along with a private office and work area. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a large TV/family room with seating, large screen TV, desk, swivel chair and a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed, plus a separate bedroom, and a shared bath. Both of the shared bathrooms have been re-tiled and updated.
There's a porch with Adirondack chairs and benches for relaxation. The rear yard features a picnic table, gas grille and hammock and the side yard has Adirondack chairs.
The Meadow View Farms Association tennis courts are just a short walk away from the house. There is a bike path is by the entryway to Meadow View, and Farm Neck Golf Club is nearby.

Summary: Upon pulling up to this house, the most surprising thing you notice is just how big it is. Pictures of the property and interior, as accurate as they are, just don't convey how truly massive and spacious the home is. The four bedrooms and three bedrooms afforded our party of six all the comfort and privacy we needed. The open kitchen-living area was super comfortable for everyone to gather around in to relax and interact. We didn't get to grill but we did enjoy the screened-in porch which gave us the feel of being outdoors without needing bug spray. Location-wise, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, walkable, and just beautiful. Very quick to downtown OB and not far from Edgartown and Vineyard Haven either, or Up Island for that matter. If you're a bicyclist, there's a bike path right on the main road. Marque was a great host, responsive and warm in his communication and just as accommodating as he could be.

Summary: Great House, Great Host who communicated quickly and often. Perfect location, just a few minutes from downtown but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Close to some amazing golf and great food.

Summary: stayed at the property with family and friends. not our first time on the vineyard but our first time all staying in the same space. we were able to check in early, which permitted a few extra hours to unwind and better enjoy the day. the property was better than advertised. spacious, affordable, clean, private, well-stocked, et cetera. no one in our group had any complaints and we ranged in age from 11 months to 75 years. we have already talked of reserving the same place for next year...

Summary: This house has everything needed for a great stay. The bedrooms are very spacious, kitchen is well equipped and we loved the screened in porch! We were in town for the marathon, and the house was very convenient to the start location for drop off in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
