Beautifully situated at the edge of the woods just outside downtown Oak Bluffs, this Martha's Vineyard retreat offers a serene setting with easy access to the island's charming villages, beaches, golf courses, and nature preserves.
You will find this three-level home on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a tree-lined piece of property where you can savor your coffee in the mornings and tell stories around the firepit at night. Inside, the main floor is sunny and comfortable, with an inviting kitchen and dining area to the right as you walk in. To the left is a living room with a plush sectional sofa, a smart cable TV, and a desk where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi and work easily from home.
In the evenings, you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine outside on the furnished deck, and play board games and cards as your swimsuits spin in the washer/dryer. Of the three bedrooms, one is a newly renovated primary suite in the basement; the other two bedrooms are on the second floor.

Summary: The house was spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. The bedrooms were large. The location was a short drive to all the great activities of the island. I would rent this house again.

Summary: Nice place, off the beaten path, but a close drive to town. Lots of parking, nice back deck. Needs some maintenance outside and some finishing to upgrades. There is a construction site next door, so sitting outside was a little loud

Summary: House is in a great spot only a few minutes to all the major towns but tucked at the end of a quiet street. We enjoyed the large porch and yard and the the inside of the house had everything we needed. The beds and the couch are unbelievably comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, thanks for having us!

Summary: I will never book through Vacasa again. It is a very different experience from VRBO or Airbnb. I called the 800 number with a question and was told someone would call me back and I never received a callback. There is no connection with the property owner at all. There were a LARGE number of spiders in the unit. It was unnerving. The other issue is the very cheap approach to hosting guests. The home did not even provide salt and paper. They only provided minimal paper products. We had to take an uber to get salt and pepper and TP because there are no stores within walking distance. The home needs updating and finishing. Where they have done work, it is incomplete. No attention to detail.
