Summary: Amazing place and location. Kids loved it - place so clean and beds super comfy. Animals and playground a hit and gave our kids much to do during our downtime. The location was close to all activities and amenities. Highly recommended.

Summary: This is so far our favorite motel in New Zealand (out of 5 motels and 1 hotel). Perfect if you have kids. Rooms are very new, the Internet is also the fastest so far. Would love to come back and stay a few days.

Summary: Very new, well appointed, quiet, none of Rotorua sulphur odour. Bathroom especially nice, beds comfortable, small but well laid out kitchen area. Access via busy main road, egress onto it requires patience.

Summary: We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!
