Summary: The grounds of this property are beautiful and it is super easy to access the beach. The condo has not been remodeled like some of the other units I have stayed in but it was charming and suited our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and the patio overlooking the grounds and ocean provided the perfect al fresco dining. It is close to the front entrance and convenient to restaurants and shopping at Freshfields village. I would stay here again!

Summary: The property was good for our needs. We were on the island for just a couple of nights for a wedding. The condo could use a few updates but was sufficient for our needs. Beach was great. We were able to rent extra chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Be warned that you will not be sleeping in as there are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom windows.

Summary: This unit is just what you see in the pictures. Not shiny and new as most units, but adequate for what we wanted, an ocean view and right on the beach; it’s just steps away. The location is great, not too far from the entrance to Kiawah, so convenient to the market or restaurants off the island and for small trips. Again, as for the condo itself, what you see is what you get.

Summary: The best part of the property is location. The building is right off the beach. Also, you can see the beach while sitting on the balcony. The condo was clean, which is a priority for me. The bed is ok, but could be better. The condo could use updated lighting (brighter) and some TLC.
