Easy check in and communication with the realty company. We enjoyed the bicycle rentals along with chairs and cornhole boards during the stay. The elevator is a nice amenity to use also.

Amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, immaculate spacious accommodations, and so much more. Located between Pawleys Island and Georgetown. We loved our week at the beach and will be back.

Reviewer Comments: The upstairs A/C unit was out for the first three days of our stay which made for a few uncomfortable nights, but the TideLife staff was very responsive and the owner made an accommodation for our troubles, which we very much appreciated. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. This was our second stay at High Cotton, which is in a perfect location. We love DeBordieu and have been vacationing there for ~20 years. The house was clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. High Cotton perfectly fits our family's needs. We hope to return again.

Summary: Such a lovely place to enjoy some slow paced, family time. Only complaint were the ants in the kitchen. They got to all of our dry groceries and while management quickly brought traps and spray, it wasn’t enough to keep them away. The ants stayed with us all weekend which was not ideal for the premium, we we’re happy to pay, to be there. Otherwise, everything was lovely and we look forward to staying there again soon - sans ants.

Summary: House was amazing. We decided we are going to book this house every year. Beautiful view of the ocean. Cleaning job could have been better, but other than that, amazing trip. Highly recommend.

Summary: For the most part we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. Unfortunately there had been a dog in the house a week prior and we were greeted with feces and a urine soaked rug in the office of the home which we needed as an extra bedroom. Very unfortunate.
