Positive: Location and the ease of entrance and registration.
Negative: The total cost to us for a 2 night stay was $631.00 and it was for May 2 and 3rd in Nashvillen TN. I thought that was very expensive. We had access in the house to one bedroom, and one bathroom, and the living room and kitchen. The living room couch was very old and not too comfortable. It was also very close to the TV. All other doors to other places in the house were locked.
Summary: I would probably not stay there again due to the cost.
