Summary: We did a last minute booking and hit the gold mine. This house was perfect for our large group. Conveniently located within walking distance to Hillsboro Village area with endless food and entertainment options. Quick uber ride to downtown Broadway. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of parking for our whole group. The hosts were so easy to work with and they replied quickly to all our inquiries. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Summary: No where in the description on VRBO does it state that the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are down stairs and not accessible from inside the house. This made that bedroom and bathroom unusable for us, as all of our children are younger, and we couldn't have put them down there by themselves. There was wood stacked directly next to the outdoor sink, which was a tripping hazard. The lights were laying across the ground in the backyard, again, a tripping Hazzard. One of the chairs on the patio is broken, and one of the kids fell forward out of it trying to get up. There was sand on the floors, and in the beds upon arrival. Made for an unpleasant sleeping and walking environment. Another thing not mentioned is there really is not alot of closet/drawer space for clothes. Overall, we were not very pleased, and had the description been more accurate, we most likely would not have booked here. And reached out to them before posting, but they didnt have anything to say really......

Summary: Great house for our first time!!! The management group communicated very well and handled issues quickly. We had a slow drain which they took care of the next day and two of deck chairs were broken and they replaced with 4 new ones the next day. It was well stocked with kitchen items. All we had to do was buy the food everything else was there. The fenced in yard and outside bar area with a TV was a favorite for the kids. The privacy was a major plus!!! The TV’s in every room helped keep everyone entertained in down time. The outside shower was very handy for cleaning off after the 3 block walk back from the beach. We will go through this group again next year.

Summary: We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The large porch and the downstairs space was a nice surprise. The week we stayed here was a little bit on the cooler side so the sandy fenced in backyard was nice bc the fence blocked the wind and allowed us to sit outside.

Summary: Our stay was short and quick, the house was very inviting, had my sister and her mother in law over for a quick dinner and the kids played in the back yard ( which is like your own lot beach area with the sand and toys). Loved the outdoor shower to give the kids a quick rinse after playing outside. Will definitely be back!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the pics they show are a little misleading. Yes you have 3 b/r, 2 bath. What they don't tell you is one of the bedroom/bath is down stairs, only way to access is outside stairs. Not insulated very well, window unit can't keep it cool. And the bathroom has no ac. Because it rain almost the entire time we were pretty much stuck downstairs area or inside as the outside deck is not covered. Beds are full and twin, not queen. And when they say bring your supplies they mean it. Nothing extra is provided so you're out of pocket for alot of items that most places provide, extra garbage bags, dish detergent as there is no dishwasher, not even an extra roll of paper towel/toilet paper. It was ok but we won't be staying again. Even the dogs were ready to head out. Not much space for them and no grass, just sand.
