Summary: My teenage sons and I had a wonderful stay. The house had all the things we needed for a quick getaway. It ia short drive to hiking, kayaking and delicious restaurants. The view from the living room is spectacular. It is evident the owner, Jim, takes pride in the property. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to relax, this is the perfect place for you.

Summary: I extended my Lakes Region vacation and stayed at this lovely house for three nights. Jim, the owner, was thorough and the house was easy to find. The home has gorgeous hard wood floors, a large living room with a fireplace, and beautiful mountain views. It’s close to historic Center Sandwich and Squam Lake, where the movie On Golden Pond was filmed. Jim provided a parking permit for the town beach on Squam Lake and the "potholes," which is a fun place to explore. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: Our family and friends have vacationed in the Sandwich area for more than 20 years. This was one of the nicest places we've stayed! It was very clean and comfortable and we can't wait for a chance to go back! The check in process was seamless and the location was private while being central to all of our favorite activities. We had some time to relax outside and enjoy the peacefulness. Our 5-year-old granddaughter was thrilled to be able to run and play and so excited when she saw some deer. Would definitely stay here again. Our only regret is that we could only stay 3 nights due to our schedules. Highly recommend!
