Summary: house was way above our expectations. The pigs and sheep across street were an added bonus. Roosters, well they are roosters. Neighbors were very nice as well. Comfortable bedding, great kitchen and living room and screen porch. Our friends stayed at another home nearby that was not even close in quality of this one. A definite repeat when we go back. Thank you Kim!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful, a quintessential New England home. Clean, very comfortable, modern conveniences yet has the perfect feel for its surroundings. Friendly caretaker nearby, we wanted for nothing. Highly recommendeded!
